goes on like BUTTTTTTTA. put it on, let it set for 7 seconds. it will stay on all day!
one minor annoyance... depending on the batch you get, some liners might be extra soft. my black one goes on fine but my brown one is breaking apart when i apply. boo~ either way, this liner gets 5 stars from me.

Oooo...I'll have to try this. I'm always on the hunt for an eyeliner that actually stays put all day. I'm currently using Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof and so far, so good and yet, I still want to try Milani.
I absolutely love these liners too!
